The Lisboa Card offers you a comprehensive package of services: you get free entry to over 50 museums and sights in Lisbon.
In addition, you have unlimited use of all public transport - buses, metro, streetcars, funiculars and elevators. Even the trains to Sintra and Cascais are free.
At 12 top attractions you benefit from fast track entry and receive discounts of between 5% and 50% on various tours and in stores.
The Lisboa Card is only activated when you use it for the first time - for example, when you enter an attraction or travel on public transport for the first time.
Once activated, the validity period of 24, 48 or 72 hours expires to the hour. If you activate it at 10:00 a.m., for example, a 24-hour pass is valid until 10:00 a.m. the following day.
If unused, the pass is valid for up to one year after purchase.
With the Lisboa Card, you can visit each included attraction once free of charge. This means that only one free admission is included per museum or attraction.
If you want to visit the same attraction again, you will have to pay the normal admission price, as the card does not allow repeated free entry.

You can travel unlimited by bus, streetcar, metro and other public transport without having to buy extra tickets. The card is simply shown or validated at the barriers - even for the journey from the airport to the city center.

Children under the age of 4 do not need a Lisboa Card as they have free admission to most museums and attractions anyway.

At Tiqets: you can cancel free of charge until 23:59 on the day before your chosen visit date and receive a full refund at no additional cost.
With the official provider: A strict non-refund policy applies here - passes that have already been purchased cannot be exchanged.
So think carefully about the period for which you need the pass before you buy it.
The loss of a Lisboa Card is to be treated like the loss of a ticket: There is no replacement and no right to a refund.
Even if you still have the proof of purchase or voucher code, a second card cannot be issued for the same code. You would have to purchase a new Lisboa Card at full price.
Tip: Keep the pass carefully, as if it were cash or an important ticket.
The Lisboa Card is personal and should only be used by the person who purchased or redeemed it.
When you collect the card, your identity will be checked with an ID card, which means that the card is assigned to you personally. It is not intended to be transferred to other persons.
